Ich freue mich dieses Jahr das 2. Contact Improvisation Retreat auf dem Monte Ces/ Tessin CH anzubieten. Wir verbringen 4 Tage gemeinsam auf dem Monte Ces mit Qi Gong und CI Workshops am Vormittag , viel Zeit zum Wandern und Sein am Nachmittag, auf Wunsch kann man bei Maren Sandmann wieder individuelle Osteopathie Sessions buchen. Am späten Nachmittag geniessen wir weitere CI Tanzstunden, Bodywork into dance im Studio oder Tanz in der Natur. Am Abend folgen Jams und Saunatime. Mit leckerem Essen verwöhnen wir uns und tauchen ein in diese wunderschöne Natur, mal tanzen wir im Studio, mal draussen.
Wo: Monte Ces. Ab Chironico Schweiz traumhafte und steile Wanderung 2h bergaufwärts
Wer: für Tanz- und experimentierfreudige mit CI Erfahrung. Level -> Basic bis Advanced
Beitrag: zwischen 350.- und 550.- inkl. Kost und Logie im gemütlichen Lagerhaus

Dear dancers
I am happy to announce the 2nd Contact Improvisation Retreat on Monte Ces. We will spend 4 days together on Monte Ces with Qi Gong and CI workshops in the morning, lots of time for hiking and enjoying in the afternoon, if you wish you can book as last year individual osteopathy sessions with Maren Sandmann. In the late afternoon we enjoy further CI dance lessons, bodywork into dance in the studio or dance in nature. Jams and sauna time follow in the evening. We will spoil ourselves with delicious food and immerse ourselves in this beautiful nature, sometimes dancing in the studio, sometimes outside.
Where: Monte Ces. From Chironico Switzerland a fantastic and steep hike 2h uphill
Who: for dance and experimentation enthusiasts with CI experience. Level -> Basic to Advanced
Fee: between 350.- and 550.- incl. meals and lodging in a cosy camp house
