In dem Basics Workshop geht es darum Weichheit und ein umeinanderfließen zu finden. Wie finde ich ich den gemeinsamen Bewegungsfluß bei dem die gegenseitigen Impulse einander bedingen, keiner führt oder folgt.
Wie puzzeln sich die Körperteile ineinander und finden Kontakt.
Daraus, in der Weichheit und Elastizität bleibend, finden wir Stabilität, die uns ermöglicht mit Leichtigkeit Gewicht zu nehmen und zu teilen.

Advanced
Im Advanced Workshop entwickeln wir das Thema weiter- wie hilft uns die Weichheit zu fallen und in den Boden zu fließen, uns beim fliegen dem Momentum hinzugeben? Wie finden wir Stabilität um aus dem Fluß heraus zu heben?

In beiden Workshop gibt es Teile bei denen wir spielerisch sowie fein und präzise forschen. Ebenso fließen Bodywork und Elemente des Body-Mind Centering®
ein.

The Basics Workshop is about finding softness and a flow around each other. How do I find the common flow of movement in which the mutual impulses condition each other, no one leads or follows.

How the body parts puzzle into each other and find contact.

From this, remaining in softness and elasticity, we find stability that allows us to take weight and share with ease.

Advanced

In the Advanced Workshop we develop the topic further... how does the softness help us to fall and flow into the ground and give in to the momentum while flying? How do we find stability to lift out of the Flow of movement?

In both workshop parts, in which we do playful as well, as fine and precise research. Bodywork and elements of Body-Mind Centering® are included.
