In der Contact Improvisation eröffnet sich uns ein Feld, in dem wir im Solo und im Kontakt das Spiel der Schwerkraft in seinen Feinheiten wahrnehmen. Die Kommunikation durch die Haut wird differenziert spürbar, schafft Klarheit und trägt uns. Ein Tanz voller Möglichkeiten entsteht, berührt und beglückt uns.
In der Frühjahrsserie werden wir immer weiter erleben, wie wir uns im Bezug zur Schwerkraft - mit geteilten Schwerpunkt und im Solo - durchlässig, leicht und ohne unnötige Anstrengung bewegen können. Wir werden vom Boden genährt, im Loslassen von der Schwerkraft in die Bewegung eingeladen, Richtungen wachsen und entstehen aus einem Zustand entspannter, verbundener Bereitschaft.
Thematisch
werden wir u.a. das kontinuierlich fallende Gewicht erforschen
- wie
verwandeln sich Fallmomente in Flugmomente?
Die
lebendige, sich adaptierende Ausrichtung im Lehnen,
hilfreiche
Techniken zum Gewicht einladen und transportieren,
wie
können wir unser Gewicht entspannt abgeben und uns sicher und
leicht
obendrüber organisieren?
Die Frühjahrsserie INTERMEDIATE ist für Menschen mit Vorerfahrung in CI konzipiert und kann als Fortsetzung der Herbst- und Winterserie gebucht werden. Sie ermöglicht einen Raum um CI kontinuierlich in einer vertrauten Gruppe zu praktizieren.

eine global vernetzte und international engagierte
Contact Lehrerin,
Tänzerin und Bewegungsforscherin. Sie unterrichtet seit
über drei
Jahrzehnten kontinuierlich und von ganzem Herzen Tanz,
Contact seit
2004.
Ihre Hauptforschungsfrage 'Das Wesen von Tanz und seine
Vermittlung' motiviert seit Beginn ihres Studiums 1993
bis zum
heutigen Tag den Kern ihrer Arbeit.
Elske hat eine unerschöpfliche Faszination Contact Improvisation in ihren Feinheiten und ihrer Tiefe zu erforschen und öffnet dafür den Raum und das Bewusstsein in ihrem Unterricht. Ihr Tanz und ihre Forschung sind getragen von ihrer Arbeit in der Natur, als Quelle für Wissen und Inspiration.

Hamburg, CI BASIS Fortbildung Hamburg, Nature as Teacher
(CI in der
Natur und im Wasser) und das Contact Practice

Contact
improvisation opens a field in which we perceive our relation
to
gravity. We
move our bodies while allowing gravity to move us
into the possibility of grounded lightness, ease and
flow. By
softening and releasing into our connection with the earth,
movement
rises out of the support. We sense gravity as it moves through
us,
allowing our dance to emerge from a state of curiosity and
relaxed,
connected readiness.
In
the Spring Series one essential theme we will explore is the
continuity and flow of falling weight - how do moments of
falling
transform into moments of flight?
As
we refine our ability to sense the living alignment in
leaning, we
continuously adjust to the changing moment together, finding
the
earth through each other.
What
are helpful techniques for inviting and transporting weight as
we
dance?
How
can we trust our weight with and into the moving support of
our
partner and respond on top with lightness and listening, while
feeling safe?
Together we will learn, research, and gradually discover the subtleties which allow us to dive into the experience of playfulness and joy in moving together in Contact.
The INTERMEDIATE spring series is designed for people with previous experience in CI and can be booked as a continuation of the fall and winter series. It invites a space for practice and continuity in a familiar group.

in Berlin, is a passionate CI dancer & teacher, deeply
committed
to CI and its community internationally. She has been
teaching dance
full time and wholeheartedly for more than three decades,
CI since
2004.
Her
boundless fascination and joy exploring and
researching Contact
Improvisation in all its depth and subtleties,
inspires her
workshops, privates, ongoing classes, and each of the
projects she
creates.
Her
work recognizes nature, improvisation and teaching
itself as core
sources for knowledge and understanding.
Meeting the moment, she
offers organic support for the individual and the
instant community
as it emerges, allowing each to feel, find and follow
what they need
to learn and dance.
