After the indescribably amazing festival in the winterly Wuppertal, we enjoy for the third time a complete feeling in the midst of nature just for ourselves, diving deep and with ease into Tango, Contact, and ContactTango! The teachers; - Cacu Lucero - Biljana Lipic - Delia Spatareanu - Felipe DJ Don Barnin is surrounded by meadows and forests. There is a private lake space, a fire place and sauna. We have a beautiful studio and the opportunity to dance in warm summer nights outside, on the open-air dance floor under the starry sky. Nature and dance can connect with the lightness of summer. The group size of no more than 40 participants creates a relaxed and familial atmosphere, providing space for us to deeply engage in dance and exchange. The festival focuses on promoting lively exchanges about Contact Improvisation, Tango, and ContacTango. In addition to the annually changing international highly experienced ContacTango teachers who share their diverse influences, there is ample space to engage intensively with a group of wonderful people- We create connections, experiment, cuddle, play, explore body awareness, and flow together. Er ist für Menschen ohne Vorkenntnisse in CI konzipiert sowie für Menschen, die sich nach einer Pause einen Wiedereinstieg wünschen. We will look at essential movement principles and specific techniques that support us in finding ease and flow in our movement in solo and with a partner. When dancing Contact Improvisation we are communicating through the skin – listening into a shared point of contact – together following gravity. Understanding the language more clearly, allows us to gradually discover the depth and subtleties, opening up a field of possibilities and inspiration. As we meet in a conversation with gravity, we notice and honor what we need to feel safe and comfortable in our practice of CI. In this workshop we will lay the ground, preparing our bodies, researching ease in movement, building skills, learning about touch, enjoying body-time, and enter the fascination of improvisation and play. Her core research question 'the essence of dance, it's teaching and improvisation as a vital inspirational art within it's unfolding' expands from her early days at University until the present. Her boundless fascination and joy exploring and researching Contact Improvisation in all its depth and subtleties, inspires her workshops, privates, ongoing classes, and each of the projects she creates. Her work recognizes nature as a core source for knowledge, understanding and inspiration. Meeting the moment, she offers organic support for the individual and the instant community as it emerges, allowing each to feel, find and follow what they need to enjoy dancing. Liebe Contact Tanzende, am kommenden Samstag, 11.4. findet mein nächster Contact Tanztag in Bonn statt. An diesem Samstag werden wir im Workshop auf Matten tanzen und werden diese u.a. zum Thema Fallen nutzen und um uns an mittlere und obere Ebenen heranzuwagen. Ausserdem möchte ich wieder mal eine theoretische Einführung (talk through) in den Underscore geben und freue mich über eine kurze Info/Anmeldung dafür. Der Workshop ist offen für alle Level, Neulinge willkommen genauso wie für Leute zum Auffrischen, Wiederholen und Vertiefen. *Nächster Contact Tanztag Workshop Grundlagen tanzen Einführung in den Underscore & Underscorejam Samstag, 11. Die Wiederholung schärft unsere gemeinsame Improvisationssprache! Bei Zweifel gerne kurz Rückmeldung mit mir, danke. Wir werden uns am Vormittag weiter die Wesensprinzipien von Contact Improvisation ertanzen und vertiefen. Wir werden auf den Matten tanzen und das Thema wird voraussichtlich Fallen sein und mittlere und höhere Ebenen. Der Workshop ist offen für alle Level, auch für Neulinge geeignet. Nach einer Mittagspause mündet der Tag nachmittags in der Underscorejam, diesmal mit einer theoretischen Einfühung davor. Wir beginnen und enden dafür gemeinsam und die Voraussetzung ist bis zum Schluß zu bleiben. Es wäre schön als Gruppe den Tag gemeinsam zu verbringen, es ist aber auch möglich, nur den Workshop oder nur die gemeinsame Underscorejam plus Einführung zu besuchen. Die Underscorejam ist gedacht für alle, die mind. Grundkenntnisse in Contact Improvisation und Jam Erfahrung haben. Der Vormittags Workshop ist offen für alle Level.
